- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and key accounts
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, engineering, logistics, finance) to ensure timely execution of orders




- Follow up on payments and ensure compliance with company credit policies
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and result-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure to meet targets
