About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and basic analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Plan and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, reels, and other social media content.
- Monitor current social media trends, hashtags, and trending formats.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams for creative content.
- Manage comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports.
- Analyze reach, engagement, followers, and overall content performance.
- Suggest new and innovative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and followers.




- Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platform algorithms and updates.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Valuable knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and content strategies.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is preferred.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new content ideas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
