Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory and office positions.

Understand manpower requirements from Production, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, Sales, Accounts, etc.

Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, walk-ins, social media and local recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate technical/departmental interviews and maintain interview feedback.

Handle salary negotiation and offer/joining follow-up.

Recruit operators, helpers, technicians, supervisors and office staff.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

Track vacancies, interviews, selections, offers and joining status.

Coordinate with department heads for urgent manpower requirements.





Maintain proper recruitment and employee documentation.

? Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes.

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Experience in manufacturing/factory recruitment will be an advantage.
