- Scan physical documents using scanners.
- Ensure scanned documents are explicit and complete.
- Save and organize scanned files in designated folders.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain digital records.
- Verify document details for accuracy.
- Handle court documents with confidentiality and care.
- Coordinate with the team to complete daily scanning targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of scanning equipment.
Eligibility:
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Familiarity with scanners and MS Office is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
