About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Operations to take ownership of the Delhi NCR market.

The role will be based out of our Noida office and will cover Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad, while also remotely managing the Bareilly market.

This is not a sales-only role. You will be responsible for sales, customer acquisition, helper sourcing, service operations, team coordination, collections and overall market performance.

Frequent travel across Delhi NCR is an important part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & RevenueDrive monthly sales and revenue targets across Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement understanding to follow-ups, conversion, payment and closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with clear follow-ups and expected closures.
- Improve lead-to-payment conversion and generate repeat and referral business.
- Develop local referral channels and partnerships with residential communities, hospitals, clinics and other relevant networks.
- Helper Sourcing & SupplyWork closely with Field Officers to build a strong pipeline of verified and available helpers.
- Plan and monitor area-wise sourcing activities.




- Track the sourcing funnel from initial contact to screening, documentation, training and deployment.
- Ensure suitable helpers are available as per customer requirements.
- Reduce fulfilment time, joining drop-offs, interview no-shows and early attrition.
- Operations & Customer ExperienceManage the daily operating rhythm across enquiries, matching, interviews, placements, replacements, escalations and collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for verification, training, service support and customer issues.
- Take ownership of customer escalations until resolution.
- Monitor placement quality, retention, replacements, cancellations and complaints.
- Ensure customer and helper records are accurate and up to date.
- Team & Market ManagementLead and monitor the performance of Field Officers and other local team members.
- Set daily and weekly targets and review performance regularly.
- Coach team members and address performance or execution gaps.
- Track market-level sales, placements, collections and operational KPIs.
- Coordinate with and remotely manage the Bareilly market.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management.
- Identify new market opportunities and recommend actions to improve growth and profitability.

What We Are Looking For

- 3–5 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, staffing, recruitment or a similar service-based business.




- Service-sector experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in home services, staffing, recruitment, healthcare services or workforce-based businesses will be a robust advantage.
- Proven experience in handling sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Strong ownership, follow-through and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with sales data, CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets and performance dashboards.
- Strong Hindi communication skills and good working English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Delhi NCR.
- Candidates based in Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Delhi, Bareilly or nearby areas will be preferred.
- Graduate qualification required; MBA or relevant management qualification is a plus.

- Frequent local travel is required.
- A two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred due to the field-intensive nature of the role.

Compensation₹30,000 fixed salary + performance-linked incentives up to ₹30,000/month.

Total earning potential: Up to ₹60,000/month based on performance.

The incentive component is performance-linked and is not part of the fixed salary.
