Job Description: Machinoid Pvt Ltd, a premier distributor of high-end laser engraving and 3D printing technology, is looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and scale our digital presence. You will oversee operations on major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Industrybuying, Moglix) and our dedicated platform, Mechblock.in.Manage online product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with teams to optimize website performance and customer experience. Monitor sales metrics and address operational challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Catalog & Content: Create and optimize technical, SEO-friendly Amazon product listings for global brands like xTool, Sculpfun, and Atomstack.
- Marketplace Operations: Manage seller panels, update inventory, and execute pricing strategies.
- Logistics & Returns: Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure timely fulfillment and manage RTOs efficiently.
- Growth & Ads: Monitor PPC campaigns, analyze metrics (CTR,
ACOS), and identify trends to boost organic rankings.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce operations.
- Mandatory to have Amazon / flipkart product listing work experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivots).
- Education: Graduate (BBA/Marketing preferred).
