Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to manage and guide a team of telecallers handling life insurance-related customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring performance, ensuring process adherence, and supporting team members in achieving their goals.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage, motivate, and monitor a team of telecallers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly team targets.
- Monitor team calling performance, productivity, and conversion.
- Conduct daily team huddles and provide regular feedback.
- Guide team members on customer handling and calling strategies.
- Track and maintain daily performance reports.
- Handle escalations and resolve customer/process-related issues.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and pending cases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for case resolution and customer requirements.




- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance process guidelines.
- Share regular updates and reports with management.
- Requirements2–4 years of experience in telecalling, sales, life insurance, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Executive is preferred.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Strong target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
