About Hermoso Unisex SalonHermoso Unisex Salon is a professional salon focused on delivering high-quality hair and beauty services with excellent customer experience. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Unisex Hairdresser who can confidently handle both men's and women's hair services.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform professional haircuts, styling, blow-drying, and finishing for both men and women.
- Provide hair services including hair colouring, global colour, highlights, balayage, streaks, root touch-ups, and colour correction.
- Perform hair treatments such as keratin, smoothening, rebonding, spa treatments, and other professional treatments.
- Conduct basic hair and scalp consultations and recommend suitable services and products.
- Create up-to-date men's hairstyles, fades, beard grooming, and styling where required.
- Handle women's haircutting, layering, styling, blow-dry, and occasion hairstyles.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and salon safety.
- Properly use and maintain professional hair tools and equipment.
- Recommend appropriate hair-care products and services based on the client's requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits.
- Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, styles, and products.
- Achieve individual service and sales targets set by the salon.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a welcoming customer experience.




- Work effectively as part of the salon team and support other staff when required.
- Required SkillsStrong haircutting and hairstyling skills for both men and women.
- Good knowledge of hair colouring and chemical treatments.
- Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide suitable recommendations.
- Good product knowledge.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment.
- Professional, well-groomed, punctual, and positive attitude.
- Qualifications & ExperienceCertification in Hairdressing / Cosmetology from a recognized institute is preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant salon experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong practical skills and relevant experience may also be considered without formal certification.
