Momo Cart Seller / Food Cart Staff

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Momo Cart Seller to manage our momo food cart. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, polite, hygienic, and comfortable interacting with customers and local people.

Job Responsibilities:

- Steam and prepare momos as per the required process.
- Serve momos and other food items to customers.
- Take customer orders and ensure quick and proper service.
- Handle cash, UPI and other bill payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of the food cart, utensils and surrounding area.
- Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Keep ingredients, packaging materials and other items properly arranged.
- Check stock and inform the owner when ingredients or supplies are running low.
- Maintain good behaviour and build a positive relationship with local customers and nearby residents.




- Ensure the cart is properly set up before opening and cleaned after closing.
- Handle customer queries politely and resolve minor complaints professionally.
- Maintain basic daily sales/payment records as required.
- Support smooth day-to-day operation of the food cart.

Working Hours: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What We Expect:

- Honest, punctual and responsible.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash/UPI payments.
- Willingness to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
- Previous experience in a momo stall, food cart, fast-food shop or restaurant will be an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Important: This is a hands-on food-cart job. The selected candidate should be comfortable with food preparation, serving customers, cleaning and handling day-to-day cart operations.
