About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to manage social media accounts for our clients and help grow their online presence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Reels, content creation, social media trends and digital marketing. You will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, creating short-form video content and increasing followers, reach and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media accounts of multiple clients.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement and brand awareness.
- Create engaging and creative Instagram Reels, videos, stories, posts and carousels.
- Research and identify trending Reels, audio, hashtags, content formats and social media trends.
- Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly content calendar for clients.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and social media copy.
- Create content ideas based on each client's industry, target audience and brand identity.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers and other team members when required.
- Shoot or participate in Reels and short-form videos for clients when required.
- Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze insights such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers and content performance.
- Experiment with different content formats and strategies to improve organic growth.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram and social media algorithms, trends and best practices.
- Assist with digital marketing activities, campaigns and online brand promotion.
- Manage comments, messages and audience engagement where required.
- Prepare regular social media performance reports for clients.





Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Excellent understanding of Reels and short-form video content.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of written English; knowledge of Hindi/Punjabi will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content creation/editing tools is preferred.
- Ability to understand different brands and create content according to their target audience.
- Good understanding of hashtags, captions, hooks, CTAs and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work on multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional creativity and a strong social media portfolio may also apply.
