As a Telecaller Executive, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential and existing customers over the phone. You will be tasked with promoting products or services, handling inquiries, and assisting in the sales process. Your role will involve:
1. Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
2. Handling Inbound Calls: Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
4. Sales Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the management.
5. Data Entry and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales achieved in the company’s database.
6. Providing Product Knowledge:
Understanding the products or services thoroughly to answer questions and provide relevant information to customers.
7. Follow-up Calls: Following up with potential customers who showed interest but did not make a purchase.
8. Feedback Collection: Gathering feedback from customers to improve services and address any concerns they may have.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle rejection.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
