What You'll Do

Food Assembly & Serving

Prepare and serve gelato, sundaes, shakes, and other menu items with care and consistency.

Customer Handling

Greet customers warmly, assist with flavour choices, address queries, and ensure a delightful in-store experience.

Billing

Handle orders and billing accurately using the POS system; manage cash and digital payments responsibly.

Store Maintenance

Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day — including display cases, counters, equipment, and seating areas.

Store Supplies & Purchases

Purchase general store requirements such as packaging materials, cleaning supplies, consumables, and other day-to-day items from the local market as required.

Gelato Movement & Store Replenishment

Coordinate and, when required, deliver gelato and other products from the production lab to stores based on store requirements and inventory needs. Ensure products are handled, transported,



and stored properly to maintain quality and hygiene.

Inventory & Stock Support

Assist with receiving, checking, arranging, and maintaining stock at the store. Report shortages, wastage, or any stock-related issues to the supervisor.

- What We're Looking ForPleasant, friendly attitude with a passion for good food and hospitality
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and/or English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or retail store is a plus
- Punctual, reliable, and attentive to hygiene and cleanliness
- Willingness to take responsibility for day-to-day store operations
- Comfortable with local market purchases and occasional movement/delivery of products between the lab and stores
- Ability to handle products and supplies carefully and responsibly
