About the Role, We are looking for a proactive Sales & Supplier Development Executive to expand our supplier network and manage relationships with existing suppliers.

The role involves reaching out to existing and new suppliers, understanding their available material, coordinating supplier visits with our procurement team, collecting required information, and supporting the team in preparing competitive quotations and closing procurement opportunities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain regular communication with existing suppliers and understand their upcoming material availability.
- Identify and approach new suppliers across scrap markets, dealers, dismantlers, recyclers, and other relevant sources.
- Generate new supplier leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, online research, market references, and field networks.
- Understand supplier requirements, material details, quantities, location, and expected pricing.
- Coordinate with the procurement team and arrange visits to suppliers for material inspection and negotiations.
- Collect relevant material details, photos, videos, quantities, and other information required for evaluation.
- Coordinate internally for price/quote preparation based on material specifications and market conditions.
- Follow up with suppliers after quotations and help move opportunities toward closure.
- Maintain a database of suppliers, leads, quotations, follow-ups, and procurement status.




- Build strong long-term relationships with suppliers and ensure regular business engagement.
- Track market activity and identify new procurement opportunities.
- Coordinate between suppliers and the procurement team to ensure smooth execution from enquiry to purchase.
- Achieve monthly targets for new suppliers, supplier engagement, qualified leads, and procurement opportunities.

- Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and following up with suppliers.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with field procurement teams.
- Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM/data management tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to markets and supplier locations when required.
- Experience in scrap, automobile, recycling, trading, procurement, or related industries will be an advantage.
