Key Responsibilities

- Lead, support, and motivate a team focused on client relationships and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and customers
- Act as a key point of contact for client queries, feedback, and ongoing requirements
- Support the team in achieving client service and business development objectives
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
