Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial records of our consultancy company.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain sales, purchase, expense, payment and receipt records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers and financial statements.
- Handle Tally Prime for accounting entries and reconciliation.
- Prepare and manage reports using Advanced Excel including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data analysis.
- Perform bank, vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with management,



clients and vendors regarding accounts-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel is mandatory.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles, GST and TDS.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
