Job Title: Telecaller (Loan Process)
Gender Preference: Female
Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers for our Loan Process. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
•Explain loan products and services.
•Generate and follow up on leads.
•Maintain customer records and update CRM.
•Handle customer queries professionally.
•Coordinate with the sales team for loan closures.
Requirements:
•Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
•Valuable communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
•Basic computer knowledge.
•Telecalling or sales experience preferred.
•Positive attitude and convincing skills.
