- Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the maintenance team in daily electrical and mechanical maintenance activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting and rectification of electrical and equipment breakdowns.
- Perform basic maintenance of motors, pumps, control panels, sensors, conveyors and production equipment.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities as per the maintenance schedule.
- Assist senior technicians in machine installation, commissioning and repairs.
- Identify abnormalities in machines and immediately report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices in the maintenance area.
- Follow all electrical safety, machine safety and plant safety procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists and breakdown reports.
- Support the team during shift operations and emergency breakdowns.
- Coordinate with Production and other departments for timely resolution of equipment issues.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment and PPE.
