JOB DESCRIPTION – CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT (CA)

Salary: ₹60,000 – ₹90,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage and oversee the company’s financial, accounting, taxation, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial planning, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage overall accounting and financial operations of the company.

* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.

* Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory documents.

* Manage audits, including statutory, internal, and tax audits.

* Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and MIS reports.

* Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital.

* Review and verify accounting entries, invoices, payments, and expenses.

* Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

* Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.

* Identify financial risks and recommend appropriate corrective measures.

* Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

* Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.





* Ensure proper documentation and financial controls across departments.

* Monitor and improve internal financial processes and controls.

Required Qualifications

* CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is mandatory.

* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field preferred.

* Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation laws.

* Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.

* Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.

* Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.

Preferred Experience

* Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries will be an advantage.

* Experience handling complete finance and accounts functions will be preferred.
