Job Responsibilities:
- Handle tele-sales and generate leads for various loan products.
- Explain and promote suitable financial products to prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into loan applications.
- Maintain regular customer follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the credit/operations team until loan disbursement.
