Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and responsible Field Executive to promote the Rozgar App in selected markets and industrial areas of Jaipur.

The Field Executive will visit shops and worker gathering points, appoint shopkeepers as Rozgar Referral Partners, install QR-code promotional materials, explain the referral-earning model and help workers complete their profiles on the Rozgar App.

This is primarily a field-based role and requires daily travel within assigned areas.

- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit tea shops, kirana shops, barber shops, canteens, mobile shops, sewing-machine repair shops and other locations frequently visited by workers.
- Identify trustworthy shopkeepers and onboard them as Rozgar Referral Partners.
- Explain the Rozgar App, its benefits and the referral-earning process to shopkeepers.
- Provide each approved partner with their unique referral code and QR code.
- Install Rozgar banners, posters and QR-code stands at approved locations.
- Train shopkeepers to guide workers through the registration process.
- Visit garment factories, industrial areas, worker hostels and labour gathering points.
- Explain the benefits of the Rozgar App to textile and garment workers.
- Assist workers with downloading the app and completing their profiles.
- Organise and support worker-registration camps in assigned areas.
- Follow up with referral partners and keep them active.
- Check that banners and QR codes remain visible and functional.
- Collect market feedback from workers and shopkeepers.
- Maintain accurate daily records of shop visits, partners onboarded and worker registrations.




- Submit daily reports, photographs and location details to the reporting manager.
- Follow all company rules related to worker privacy, consent and referral eligibility.
- Never make false promises or guarantee employment to workers.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileMinimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass; graduates may also apply.
- Previous experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, app promotion, survey work, FMCG, telecom, payments, microfinance or recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and field-working ability may also apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Knowledge of local Jaipur markets and industrial areas.
- Comfortable speaking with shopkeepers, workers, contractors and factory representatives.
- Able to use WhatsApp, Google Maps and mobile applications.
- Must own an Android smartphone.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Willing to travel daily within assigned market areas.
- Honest, disciplined and capable of working with daily targets.

Key Performance IndicatorsPerformance will be measured using:

- Number of shops visited
- Number of eligible referral partners onboarded
- Number of active referral partners
- Number of banners and QR-code materials installed
- Number of workers contacted
- Number of app installations
- Number of completed and eligible worker profiles
- Profile completion and quality rate
- Referral-partner activation rate
- Accuracy of daily reports
- Regular follow-up and market coverage

Important: App installation alone will not be treated as a completed result. The worker must complete the required profile information and satisfy Rozgar’s eligibility conditions.
