- Good knowledge of conventional lathe machine operations.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of machining tools, inserts, and cutting parameters.
- Positive knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
Qualification:
- ITI – Turner / Machinist / Fitter preferred.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in conventional lathe operation .

- A technically skilled, disciplined, safety-conscious, and quality-focused candidate with hands-on experience in lathe machining and the ability to produce components accurately as per drawings and production requirements.
