Manage the day-to-day operations of the Cooperative Housing Society.

Coordinate with society members, committee members, Chairman and Secretary.

Handle member complaints, queries, and service requests professionally.

Maintain society records, registers, files, notices, and correspondence.

Coordinate maintenance billing, collection, outstanding dues, and follow-up for recovery.

Prepare and issue maintenance bills, notices, reminders, and other society communications.

Coordinate with accountants for society accounts, receipts, payments, and outstanding statements.

Supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and other facility services.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors and monitor their work.

Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of society common areas and facilities.

Assist the Managing Committee in meetings, notices, agendas, minutes,



and follow-up actions.

Maintain records of member applications, transfers, NOCs, complaints, and other society documents.

Coordinate with auditors, advocates, consultants, government authorities, and other professionals when required.

Ensure compliance with Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, Rules, and applicable Society Bye-Laws.

Monitor staff attendance, duties, performance, and discipline at the society premises.

Prepare regular reports for the Managing Committee and management.

Handle recovery follow-up for members with outstanding maintenance dues.

Ensure proper documentation and timely completion of society administrative work.
