Job Description – Maintenance EngineerIndustry: FMCG / Snacks Manufacturing

Location: Pipariya, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: Negotiable, as per experience

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
- Ensure smooth operation of snacks manufacturing and packaging machines.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Minimize machine breakdowns and production downtime.
- Maintain utility equipment such as compressors, boilers, pumps, motors, and related systems.
- Coordinate with the Production team for timely maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.




- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools.
- Follow plant safety, GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery.
- Work towards improving machine efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
- Candidate RequirementsDiploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 3–4 years of maintenance experience, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Snacks Manufacturing.
- Valuable knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and industrial machinery.
