Job Title: Telesales / Telecaller Executive

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Telecaller with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking with potential customers, handling cold leads, converting leads into clients, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle cold and warm leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally to customers.
- Convert leads into clients and successful sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and close sales.
- Achieve assigned sales and business generation targets.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns confidently.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.




- Contribute current ideas and strategies to improve lead conversion and business growth.
