About Ritik MediaRitik Media is a creative and digital media company working with multiple clients across different industries. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can manage design requirements for multiple brands while maintaining quality, consistency, and deadlines.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging and professional graphics for multiple clients and brands.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, advertisements, banners, thumbnails, and promotional creatives.
- Understand each client's brand identity, target audience, and communication style.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements and campaign objectives.
- Work closely with the social media, content, and marketing teams to deliver designs on time.
- Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Make revisions based on client or internal feedback.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, and overall brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, and creative styles.
- Organize and maintain design files and assets properly.
- Occasionally assist with branding, presentations, marketing materials, and other creative requirements.




- Requirements1–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating designs for social media and digital marketing.
- Ability to work on multiple client accounts at the same time.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple revisions professionally.
- Preferred SkillsExperience with branding and visual identity.
- Basic knowledge of video editing plus.
- Knowledge of Figma is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends.
- Experience working in an agency or with multiple brands is highly preferred.
