- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Manage and allocate tasks to warehouse staff.
- Monitor inward and outward shipments.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Monitor stock availability and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with courier partners for shipment pickup and delivery.
- Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping and product handling.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and daily performance.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure all warehouse activities are completed on time and as per process.
