Accountant – Job Description

Experience - 2 year s and above

Location: Jaipur

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and records.

Handle sales, purchase, payment, receipt and expense entries.

Manage invoices, bills and ledger accounts.

Maintain and reconcile bank, customer and vendor accounts.

Work on Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Assist with GST, TDS and other accounting-related activities.

Prepare daily/monthly reports and maintain proper documentation.

Ensure all assigned daily KRAs are completed on time and accurately.

Coordinate with management for regular accounting and financial updates.

Requirements:

B.Com/M.Com or relevant accounting qualification preferred.

Basic knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS and Excel.

Valuable numerical and analytical skills.

Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet daily targets/KRAs.

Incentive: Additional performance-based incentives for completing daily KRAs and achieving assigned goals.
