About RREALTORSTUDIORREALTORSTUDIO is a real estate advisory firm operating across residential and commercial sales, leasing, and plotted land development, with presence across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.

Role OverviewWe're looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to own and execute campaigns across our project portfolio (residential, commercial, plots). This is a hands-on role covering paid ads, WhatsApp/CRM funnels, social media, and content coordination — working closely with design and sales teams to convert digital leads into site visits and closures.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for active projects, tracking cost-per-lead and lead quality by vertical
- Manage WhatsApp CRM nurturing sequences (Gallabox or similar) — set up drip flows, monitor response rates, and flag hot leads to sales
- Own the social media calendar: festive creatives, project updates, brand content, and coordinate with designers for assets
- Track and report campaign performance weekly (leads, CPL, CTR, conversion to site visit) with actionable recommendations
- Coordinate with external agencies/freelancers on ad creatives, video/animation content, and landing pages




- Maintain lead source tracking and ensure clean handoff into the sales funnel/CRM
- Stay current on real estate digital marketing trends, ad platform changes, and competitor campaigns
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in real estate, BFSI, or another high-consideration-purchase category
- Hands-on experience running Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads campaigns (certifications a plus)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API tools (Gallabox, AiSensy, or similar) and basic CRM workflows
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and funnel tracking
- Positive written communication for ad copy, WhatsApp messaging, and social captions
- Basic understanding of Canva/design tools; video editing exposure is a plus
- Self-starter who can manage multiple live campaigns across verticals simultaneously
- Nice to HavePrior real estate market exposure
- Experience with RERA-compliant marketing communication
- Knowledge of SEO basics and website analytics (GA4)
