Business Analyst – Retail Applications

Qualification : B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/B.Sc. CS/IT or equivalent technical qualification.

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Kalyan Jewellers IT team and support retail business

initiatives. The role is primarily focused on business analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder/vendor

coordination, project tracking, and application support governance.

This is a client-side functional coordination role and does not involve software development.

Key Responsibilities

 Gather and analyse business requirements.

 Prepare BRDs, FRDs, SOPs, process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications.

 Coordinate with business users, software vendors, and IT teams.

 Organise requirement discussions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs.

 Track projects, enhancements, support issues, risks, actions,



and deliverables.

 Coordinate testing, deployment, change management, and implementation.

 Maintain project documentation and provide management status updates.

Required Skills

 Working knowledge of retail business processes.

 Robust analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

 Ability to coordinate multiple teams/vendors.

 Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Good to Have

 Experience in ERP implementation or application support.

 Knowledge of APIs and enterprise system integrations.

 Exposure to project coordination methodologies.

 Basic finance and accounting knowledge
