RoleWe are hiring an Online Sales Closer to handle incoming interior design enquiries and convert them into paid clients.

You will receive leads generated through our marketing campaigns.

Your main responsibility is simple:

Call → Understand Requirement → Explain Package → Follow Up → Close → Collect Payment

- Key ResponsibilitiesCall fresh online leads
- Understand client property and design requirements
- Explain our interior design packages
- Recommend the right package
- Send pricing and proposals on WhatsApp
- Follow up with interested clients
- Handle sales objections
- Close sales
- Collect payments
- Update CRM and lead status
- Upsell full-home and premium packages
- Maintain daily follow-up discipline

₹1 Lakh Collected Sales – ₹3,000 Incentive – Total Monthly Earning: ₹18,000

₹2 Lakh Collected Sales – ₹7,500 Incentive – Total Monthly Earning: ₹22,500

₹3 Lakh Collected Sales – ₹15,000 Incentive – Total Monthly Earning: ₹30,000

₹4 Lakh Collected Sales – ₹25,000 Incentive – Total Monthly Earning: ₹40,000

₹5 Lakh Collected Sales – ₹35,000 Incentive – Total Monthly Earning: ₹50,000

₹6 Lakh Collected Sales – ₹45,000 Incentive – Total Monthly Earning: ₹60,000

₹7 Lakh+ Collected Sales – ₹55,000+ Incentive – Total Monthly Earning: ₹70,000+

Note: Incentive is calculated based on the actual payment collected from clients.

- Who Can ApplyFreshers with strong communication skills
