Immediate Hiring - HR Recruiter

Experience :- Experienced

Office Timing :- 9:30 to 6:30 pm (Two Saturday Off & all sunday Off in Month )

Salary : 20000 to 30000 fixed ( Depand on experience)

Location - Vaishali - Ghaziabad ( Near Metro Station)

Job Responsibility

Identification of suitable candidates from job portals, database .

Screening the resumes based on competency and skills.

Analyse the candidates on the basis of his profile and personal attributes. .

Attending telephonic calls regarding job vacancies prepare and analyse the recruitment status, etc.

Place advertisement in job portals and send mass emails.

Responsible for full Recruitment Life Cycle.

Follow-up the candidate to make sure the prospective offer is converted into a closure.
