The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, coordinating airport assistance, managing transportation arrangements, and supporting sales activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and assist customers at and around the airport.
- Coordinate airport arrivals and departures smoothly.
- Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with drivers and transportation teams for airport transfers and sightseeing.
- Manage transportation arrangements and ensure timely vehicle allocation.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, and other service providers.
- Follow up with customers and support sales activities.




- Maintain proper communication and coordination with the operations team.
- Ensure a smooth and hassle-free travel experience for guests.
- Required SkillsHindi language proficiency is mandatory.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of transportation coordination.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and politely.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a travel and tourism environment.
