WAITER – JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist customers politely.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks on time.
- Explain menu items and answer customer questions.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper table arrangements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other staff.
- Check customer satisfaction during service.
- Prepare and transparent tables before and after meals.
- Handle customer requests and complaints professionally.
- Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and restaurant service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Polite, punctual, responsible, and well-groomed.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
