We are looking for a Sales Manager – Team Leader who can guide the sales team, develop business, and achieve market targets.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Guide and motivate the sales team.
- Plan daily sales activities and field visits.
- Generate new customers and business opportunities.
- Monitor team performance and sales targets.
- Build solid customer relationships.
- Support the team in lead conversion and business growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduation Mandatory
- 2+ Years of Sales / Field Sales Experience
- Prior team-handling experience preferred
- Candidates from any sales industry can apply
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented mindset
CTC: ₹3.15 LPA + Incentives
