About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven, sales-focused, and commercially minded Marketplace Account Manager / Team Lead to take ownership of marketplace growth across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Temu, and other international marketplaces .

This is not a routine account management role . You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, product expansion, account performance, and team execution .

We want someone who thinks like a business owner , identifies opportunities, takes ownership, executes quickly, and delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of marketplace sales, revenue, and profitability .
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .
- Identify winning ASINs, products, brands, and categories with strong sales and profit potential.
- Optimise listings, pricing, promotions, Buy Box / Featured Offer, inventory, and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimise Amazon PPC / marketplace advertising to achieve targeted ROAS and profitability.
- Analyse competitors, pricing, demand, sales trends, reviews, and marketplace opportunities.
- Identify underperforming products and implement strategies to improve sales or reduce losses.
- Monitor stock levels, stock-outs, sell-through, inventory turnover, and aged inventory.
- Resolve listing suppressions, account health issues, brand approvals, catalogue issues, and other marketplace problems.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor marketplace account managers and executives.
- Set team targets, track performance, and build a high-performance, results-driven culture .
- Work closely with Sourcing, Purchasing, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, Technology, and Operations teams .




- Continuously improve marketplace processes, reporting, and overall business performance.

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on marketplace experience , preferably with strong Amazon experience
- Proven track record of driving marketplace sales and profitability .
- Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, FBA/FBM, PPC, pricing, listings, inventory, promotions, and account health .
- Experience with eBay, Walmart, Temu, Kmart, Target , or other international marketplaces is an advantage.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring a marketplace team is preferred.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets and analytical skills .
- Robust commercial understanding of sales, margins, marketplace fees, advertising costs, and inventory .
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Highly target-driven, proactive, and accountable.
- Strong leadership skills with a “problem → solution → execution” mindset.
- Problem solver, not a problem reporter.
