About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers and provide excellent service.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain store hygiene, presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks.
- Handle billing, cash/card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing activities.
- Ensure merchandise is well-presented and properly maintained.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, apparel, or customer-facing roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented and sales-focused.
- Basic cash handling and POS knowledge.
- Fashion-conscious and technology-savvy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
