- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Drive sales and take initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
- Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly sales reports and store performance.




- Identify opportunities to improve sales and overall store performance.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Candidate Profile:Previous experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a robust focus on increasing sales.
- Ability to manage staff and store operations independently.
- Energetic, disciplined, responsible, and result-oriented.
