We are looking for a result-oriented Assistant Manager / Manager - PPC to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising channels. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and maximizing ROI from paid marketing campaigns.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience research, and market analysis.
- Create and optimize Search, Display, Remarketing, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bids, CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage daily and monthly advertising budgets effectively.
- Develop and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages,



audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular PPC performance reports and MIS for management.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, sales, and website teams to improve campaign performance.
- Track leads from campaigns and work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC trends, algorithms, and digital marketing practices.
- Ensure campaigns comply with advertising platform policies.
