Salary Range: ₹3.5LPA – ₹4.5LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Work on the interested leads provided by the company

• Call prospective customers, understand requirements & schedule meetings • Visit clients to pitch insurance solutions and close sales

• Provide excellent customer service & build strong long-term relationships





• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Maintain visit logs, sales tracking & reporting

• Coordinate with backend support teams for documentation and issuance

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

• Freshers can apply

• Kannada language mandatory

• Driving License & Two-wheeler mandatory

• Positive communication & customer handling skills

• Comfortable with office + field sales role

• Target-driven and ambitious mindset

Work Structure

50% Office Work: Calling, lead follow-up & scheduling

50% Field Work: Customer visits & closures
