Job Responsibilities

- Convert property inquiries into qualified leads.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into site visits and successful deals.
- Handle the complete sales process from Inquiry → Lead → Deal → Sale.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plots/properties.
- Regular follow-ups with potential customers.
- Coordinate with clients and assist them throughout the property buying process.
- Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in plot/property sales will be a solid advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.




- Ability to handle clients and close deals.

Candidates living near Sector 62, Noida or nearby areas will be preferred.

We are looking for candidates who can comfortably commute to our office; candidates living very far away may not be suitable.

Salary

? Starting Salary: ₹15,000 per month

? Salary will be negotiable based on experience and skills.
