Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Crew Members to support the smooth operation of the restaurant and provide an excellent customer experience.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take customer orders accurately and assist with billing/payment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSC&V;).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, counter, and other restaurant areas.
- Follow food safety, health, and workplace safety procedures.
- Work effectively with fellow Crew Members and Managers to achieve daily restaurant goals.
- Refill and maintain stock at assigned workstations.
- Handle customer queries and escalate complaints to the Manager when required.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, grooming standards,
and shift requirements.
- Support different restaurant stations as assigned.
- Participate in training and continuously develop operational and customer-service skills.
- EligibilityMinimum 10th/12th pass, depending on the outlet and franchise requirements.
- Age 18 years or above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
