Job Overview-PhonePe is looking for motivated and target-oriented candidates for the position of Premium Account Executive (PAE) in Delhi NCR. The role involves field sales, merchant acquisition, relationship management, and promoting PhonePe's payment solutions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire recent merchants and onboard them with PhonePe payment solutions.
- Visit merchants and businesses in the assigned territory on a daily basis.
- Promote and sell PhonePe's EDC/POS and other payment products.
- Manage relationships with existing merchants and ensure proper service.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with merchants and provide product-related support.
- Complete all required documentation and onboarding formalities.
- Candidate EligibilityMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Field Sales experience
- Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in EDC Sales, Banking, Fintech,



Merchant Acquisition, or related Field Sales will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
- PAN Card is mandatory.
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- Local candidates preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and daily market visits.
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
- Monthly Allowance: ₹5,000
- Performance-Based Incentives: Additional incentives as per company policy
- Employment: On-Roll
- Working: 6 Days a Week
- Location: Working location will be provided near/according to the candidate's present address, subject to business requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:-The ideal candidate should have good communication and convincing skills, be comfortable with field work, and have a strong interest in sales and customer acquisition. Candidates with experience in EDC/POS sales, banking, fintech, merchant acquisition, or payment solutions will have an advantage.
