? Position: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Work Mode: Field Sales

? Working Days: 6 Days a Week | 1 Rotational Week Off

? Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Area Sales Manager to drive property sales and revenue growth in the assigned area. The role involves managing qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating property visits, negotiating with clients, and driving successful deal closures.

? Key Responsibilities

• Manage and convert qualified leads through calls, meetings, and field visits

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options

• Coordinate and conduct property/site visits with prospective customers

• Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Negotiate with customers and facilitate successful transactions

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business

• Cross-sell and up-sell relevant NoBroker products and services

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets

• Track market trends, property inventory, pricing, and customer demand





• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Real Estate, Field Sales, or Business Development

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills

• Good knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market

• Strong customer relationship and business development skills

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach

• Comfortable with extensive field travel

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred

• Proficiency in English and Kannada preferred

• Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends
