We are looking for a Sr Service Engineer responsible for handling in office installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gym equipment. This role involves travelling to client locations to resolve software and electrical issues, attending customer service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints. The candidate will perform hands-on service and repairs, maintain accurate service records in the company database, and build strong professional relationships with customers through effective support and communication.

Job description:

1) Travelling to client s location to solve the software and electrical related issues.

2) He will be responsible for installations of GYM equipment’s.

3) Attending Customers

4) Timely and professionally handle field service calls

5) Responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.

6) Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs

7) Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database

8) Build positive relationship with customers
