- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads/prospects interested in migration and visa services
- Explain Giant Migration's services clearly and answer initial queries
- Qualify leads based on eligibility and interest, and schedule consultations for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM
- Follow up with warm leads and past inquiries to convert interest into consultations
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
