Innovfix Pvt Ltd is a Bengaluru-based product company. We build and run our own consumer apps. Bangalore Connect is our voice-calling platform where people connect with creators for one-on-one phone conversations through the app.
About the role
You will speak with users about fitness — getting started, staying consistent, home workouts, gym routines and what has actually worked for you. Early morning is your own training time and our emptiest slot.
Selected candidates will
1. Take voice calls from users during your chosen morning hours.
2. Guide users on workouts, routine and staying consistent.
3. Share your own experience and what has worked for you.
4. Record one short introduction video for your profile.
Calls on the app
• All calls are voice calls made through the app. There is no video calling.
• Your personal mobile number is never shared with or visible to any user.
• You can end any call, and block or report any user, at any time.
• You are reachable only during the hours you choose. When you are offline, nobody can call you.
Who can apply
1. A genuine fitness practice of your own.
Certified trainers especially welcome.
2. Key: this is a guidance and motivation role. You will not provide medical advice or treat any condition.
3. Comfortable speaking to people on a phone call — this is the main requirement.
4. Fluent in English. Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam is a strong advantage.
5. Own smartphone with a stable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls.
6. Students, working professionals, homemakers and freelancers are all welcome.
Earnings
Weekly earnings of Rs. 6,000 and above, based on the number of minutes you speak with users on the app. Payments are made every Wednesday, directly to your bank account. The per-minute value is not fixed — it increases based on how well you engage users, the number of hours you stay online, and the quality of your profile video.
