- Deliver diagnostic reagents, rapid test kits, laboratory consumables, documents and other healthcare products to customers.
- Collect products/materials from suppliers, branches and company locations when required.
- Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of products.
- Check invoice/challan before delivery and obtain customer acknowledgement/signature.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding delivery schedules and customer locations.
- Maintain proper records of delivered and collected materials.
- Handle cash/collection only when specifically assigned by the company.
- Return delivery documents, acknowledgements and collected materials to the office.
- Maintain the company vehicle/two-wheeler responsibly.
- Follow traffic and safety rules.
- Support basic office/warehouse activities when there are no deliveries.
- Maintain skilled behaviour with pathology labs, hospitals, doctors, laboratory staff and purchase departments.
