- ? ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, WhatsApp, and other platforms
- Screen candidates through phone calls
- Understand candidate requirements and explain job opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets
- Build a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements

- Confident and positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of recruitment/HR
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
