Job Description: Sales Executive / Manager (Water Treatment Plants & Chemicals)

​Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive/Manager with excellent communication skills to expand our market presence in Water Treatment Plants (RO, DM, STP, ETP) and Industrial Water Treatment Chemicals. The candidate will be responsible for targeting and approaching diverse industrial sectors, commercial hubs, and institutional clients.

​Key Responsibilities:

​B2B Prospecting: Identify, approach, and pitch solutions to various industrial units, manufacturing plants, institutions, commercial complexes, and corporate firms.

​Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop current business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and industry references.

​Technical Consultation: Understand client requirements for water treatment plants/chemicals and present tailored technical and commercial offers.

​Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure recurring sales of water treatment consumables and maintenance services.





​Negotiation & Closure: Handle price negotiations, offer submissions, contract closures, and coordinate payment collections as per agreed timelines.

​Market Mapping: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities across Rajasthan and nearby regions.

​Requirements & Preferred Skills:

​Experience: Prior experience in industrial B2B sales (water treatment plants, industrial chemicals, or capital equipment) is strongly preferred.

​Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

​Industry Outreach: Proven ability to independently reach out to plant managers, purchase heads, and decision-makers across institutional and industrial sectors.

​Technical Aptitude: Basic technical understanding of water treatment processes (RO, DM, ETP, STP, dosing chemicals).

​Travel: Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and site visits.
