- Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and replenished on shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
- Handle billing, POS operations, and cash transactions accurately.
- Monitor product expiry dates and promptly remove expired or damaged items.
- Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and receiving deliveries.
- Ensure correct pricing and promotional displays are maintained.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Follow all store policies, operational procedures,



and safety guidelines.

- Strong customer handling and selling skills.
